Rebar Design and Detail is among the first detailing and estimation companies, to develop a platform to communicate with its customers and track the progress of projects, in real time. The CRM page facilitates a transparent flow of information between the user and Rebar Design and Detail containing details on jobs sent, scheduling, drawing submissions, RFI submissions/tracking, change orders, bar listings, a document folder and other relevant information. The client will only be able to access the portal with login details provided by Rebar Design and Detail.
The plan to develop such a portal was initiated by the team in December 2014. The program has undergone successful trial runs with a few customers in the third quarter of 2017. The CRM will be implemented for all clients across the globe on a mutually agreeable basis.
